dc.description.abstract	[ES] El presente proyecto se centra en conseguir vecindarios solidarios y atractivos donde todos sus residentes se encuentren integrados en la sociedad y en particular, en el vecindario. En concreto, se trabaja con el programa Wijk-Werken, un proyecto desarrollado en Bélgica destinado a personas solicitantes de empleo que se encuentran alejadas del mercado laboral. Este sistema tiene como objetivo conseguir que las personas puedan volver al mercado laboral regular tras su participación en el programa durante un año. En la primera parte del proyecto se realizó una amplia investigación y análisis sobre el funcionamiento actual del programa Wijk-Werken, así como la relación entre todas las partes implicadas y la manera en la que estas interactúan. Después, se investigaron proyectos similares que se desarrollan en distintos países de Europa, con el fin de encontrar similitudes, diferencias y posibles mejoras para el proyecto desarrollado en Bélgica. El objetivo principal del proyecto es diseñar un servicio para mejorar la integración de estos trabajadores comunitarios (wijkwerkers) en el vecindario. El servicio consta de la introducción de un nuevo espacio y una plataforma digital en forma de aplicación para teléfonos móviles. Estos servicios serían ofrecidos por el VDAB, organización perteneciente al gobierno Flamenco y principal organizador del proyecto Wijk-Werken.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	[EN] This project focuses on achieving attractive and supportive neighborhoods where all residents are integrated into society and into their neighborhood. Specifically, the project works with the Wijk-Werken program, a project developed in Belgium for job seekers who are far from the labor market. The aim of this system is to enable people to return to the regular labor market after participating in this program for one year. In the first part of the project, extensive research and analysis was carried out on the current functioning of the Wijk-Werken program, as well as the relationship between all stakeholders involved and how they interact. Afterwards, three similar projects in different European countries were investigated in order to find similarities, differences and possible improvements for the Belgian project. The main objective of the project is to design a service system to improve the integration of these community workers (wijkwerkers) in the neighborhood. The service system consists of the introduction of a new service space, a digital platform and a smartphone application. These services would be offered by the VDAB, an organization belonging to the Flemish government and the main organizer of the Wijk-Werken project.	es_ES
