Los costes del emprendimiento: la cuota de autónomos

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo aborda los costes asociados al emprendimiento, con el enfoque en la carga de la cuota de autónomos en España y su impacto en los jóvenes emprendedores. Tiene como objetivo analizar cómo la estructura fiscal actual, en especial las cuotas de la Seguridad Social del régimen de autónomos, representan un obstáculo significativo para quienes, menores de 35 años, desean iniciar y mantener un negocio propio. La investigación explora cómo estas cargas fiscales limitan la capacidad de reinversión y crecimiento de los negocios de los jóvenes, desincentivando el emprendimiento y alentando, en ocasiones, la búsqueda de oportunidades en el extranjero. La metodología empleada incluye encuestas dirigidas a autónomos y futuros posibles emprendedores y una revisión documental de fuentes académicas y de la normativa fiscal y de Seguridad Social. [EN] Imagine being ready to embark on your own entrepreneurial path and encountering a mountain of challenges from the beginning… That's what most young entrepreneurs in Spain are facing. The self-employed quota is that tax burden that arrives from the first day even without having generated any possible income, it becomes one of the main obstacles that hinders the ability to take off. In a country where innovation and entrepreneurship are the key to economic development, it is worrying to see how more and more young people consider abandoning their aspirations and seeking opportunities abroad. This situation reflects a disconnection between fiscal reality and the needs of those who are willing to risk everything to achieve their goals and objectives. It is time to find valid solutions to this problem. We need concrete measures to alleviate the tax burden on the self-employed and young entrepreneurs where an environment in which they can prosper can be created. The future of the economy depends largely on them, let's not let the fiscal virus ruin everything.
